Thought process is such a powerful thing and I think we forget how the brain is such an incredible organ. Well. I do definitely. Everything is centred and controlled here and thinking this through made sense to me today. If you feel negative, no doubt your day will become negative. Positive thinking is so important and I find I struggle to do this at times. Think positive and stay young.
