Girl Around Town In Bhuj. Monday, November 10, 2008. So my apartment here is so very different from the one I had in Manhattan and I'm starting to like it! There is an open garbage outside my apartment where we separate the "wet" and "dry" garbage and the cows eat the wet stuff (gross! My roomie also has five pet turtles which eat meat (she even feeds them chicken! As you can see, I'm getting to know the animals of Bhuj and hopefully they won't attack me! Omg lizards scare the crap outta me!

And moving out of Manhattan (my home of eight years) I decided to venture into the unknown and park myself in Bhuj. A desert town in the state of Gujrat. In India.
