My daughter went to a Tea Party birthday party one day. They made these great hats! We call them Fancy Nancy hats. They are incredibly easy and are wonderful for tea parties, or just to play in. All you need is wrapping paper, scissors, tape, and a child! Unroll the wrapping paper and cut in a circle. It doesn't have to be perfect. You can play around with the sizes. I think I might have made these ones slightly too big. You can easily cut them a bit smaller later on though. January 31, 2012.
