After being gone for a week i've felt like.ick. today i was finally feeling better, so i decided to cook.a first for me. risotto. simple right? An easy way of cooking, risotto is a creamy pile of yummy on a plate. Long story short, i'll be buying arborio rice to keep for the next time i feel like a yummy risotto. however, here is the pic of my risotto cooking. And i have to say it was delish!
