Wednesday, April 28, 2010. Love Via Mail For Zoe Scout. Today Zoe Scout received a package in the mail from my aunt and uncle, Vicki and Richard. She was so excited that she had to hug the box. Once we got it open she shouted, "My Blanket! It was a quilt that Vicki and Richard had hand made for her! She got the plastic off lightening quick. And it was time for another hug! Monday, May 19, 2008. After Colin heard about the fun time ZS and I had getting ice cream at the square he wanted to go with us the next time. On Saturday Colin came home early, we jumped in the car and headed to the ice cream parlor. ZS was not really into the ice cream that day.I think she has more of a "salty tooth" then a "sweet tooth" (just like her mommy). Zoe Scout has had a few big milestones in her life so far. taking away the pacifier, moving out of the crib, learning to walk.but this is the first milestone that she was excited for. Friday, August 29, 2008. Washington DC Day 2. Today we started our day at the Library of Congress. We saw the Gutenberg Bible and the first map in the world to have the word "America" on it. Our country purchased the map for 10 million dollars from a family in Germany. It is our country's most expensive historical purchase. Monday, June 28, 2010. The Twins Are Coming. Yes, we are expecting twins. I am about 16 weeks along (check out the new ticker - - - ) and feeling so tired I wish I was Sleeping Beauty! If I make it 37 weeks (full term for twins) then we will be seeing their faces the week after Thanksgiving. And, before you ask, we do not know the sex of the babies and do not plan to find out.
