April 2011 the new Public Sector Mapping Agreement (PSMA) comes into force, allowing Town, Parish and Community Councils to use OS Mapping and Address data free of charge. Full details of the PSMA can be found here. The PSMA replaces the Mapping and Services Agreement (MSA) and this means that any current licence agreements between you and your local authority are out of date.
