Saturday, November 1, 2014. Gavin's Preschool graduation and first day of Kindergarten. I'm going back in time now to my baby's rite of passage into big boyhood. A year ago I could have put Gavin into school but I chose to hold him back because I felt he wasn't quite ready socially to be in kindergarten even though he was reading at a 3rd grade level. Also, I wanted to be able to travel to take care of my parents without having to have school holding us back. He loved Miss Teresa:). He was so ready to go...

Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Our Not So Little Brett Brett. Where do I even begin with my middle child! I will begin with Little League! Little league was exhausting for me! Having 3-5 nights a week at the ball park was a little much with a baby but we did get used to it midway through the season and I actually started to enjoy it. I was cursing it before that:/. Anyway, Brett started out in Tball on the Rangers team! He was seriously the cutest little baseball player I have every seen! He is THE BEST worker!

Friday, March 14, 2014. Greer Family Christmas Party in St. George. So we started with good food. It was so sad for me to watch as they called her name and she was not able to answer them or acknowledge them like she normally would have, giving them lots of hugs and kisses. Like I said, pretty sobering yet, I was happy she could make it to the party thanks to Shannon surprising us all, including Lance. That was the best gift I could have gotten. Then we opened presents and all got fun things! We love Ash...

The Braswell Bunch: Good-Bye Summer
http://braswellbunch.blogspot.com/2013/09/good-bye-summer.html
Monday, September 16, 2013. I’m so glad to be approaching the end of canning season! We were very blessed this year to get peaches on both of our trees. I was able to can 50 quarts of peaches, make two batches of jam, dehydrate (which was not worth the time), eat and give away a bunch of peaches. I am getting started on my salsa and finishing my tomato soup this week. I really love having a garden and fruit trees/bushes. I am hoping that we get more berries next year. I love this time of year.

Saturday, November 15, 2014. Roman had his last Cub Scout Pinewood Derby last week. On top of Halloween and everything else, I was looking for the easy way out. So we bought a pre-cut car. Roman picked the Bat Mobile. It looked pretty cool. We thought we would try some of the tricks that the guy on this video. It is kind of hard to believe that we are only 6 months away from being out of Cub Scouts for awhile. Only a year and a half and this kid will be in Young Men's. CRAZY! Thursday, November 13, 2014.

First off, Jared got me an awesome phone for my birthday and then took me out to dinner at a fancy restaurant. Then we went to the theater and watched my first movie in the IMAX theater. It was pretty awesome. And of course I am posing, because at this point in my life I have lost 26 lbs! I will write that journey in the next post.

Friday, November 15, 2013. This picture was taken a couple weeks ago. This was the first time my dad had seen my mom in a week or two and he could barely make the trip that day. We stayed for about 20 minutes before he was ready to call it a day. I'm not sure why she is still here. I don't know if we are suppose to learn patience, perseverance, or what. It is kind of baffling. I hope one day I/we will know the reason and I learn and grow from it. I talked to Lance and Shannon recently and they said that ...
