February 26, 2013. Tinsley attempted to share a Nerd with her brother today. Mom sent me these pictures. She said that Tinsley was enjoying some of the candy and the next thing she knew, she heard her asking Ace if he wanted some candy. We love that she wants to share, but we are going to have to really watch her. She is FAST! I am TOTALLY innocent". If only Mom Mom weren't such a party pooper,. I would be washing down a delicious Nerd. I am big enough now that I even hold my bottle by myself! All in all...

March 6, 2013. Wednesday, March 06, 2013. March 5, 2013. Tinsley climbed up into Ace's rock and play tonight and was watching The Cowboys. The cattle drive apparently wore this little cowgirl out. She got really quiet all of a sudden and when I walked over there, this is what I found. Tuesday, March 05, 2013. March 4, 2013. Checkup with Dr. McClain. November 12, 2011. Tinsley went to see Santa Claus for the first time today. We have an appointment scheduled with Heirloom for the day after Thanksgiving, but I couldn't resist taking her today to see him in New Braunfels. She did great! Before we left the house, mom, Toby and I were discussing how we thought she would do. Toby's prediction- "She will be serious". He hit the nail on the head. She was serious, and then she got upset. Definitely not too sure what we are about to get her into.

December 12, 2012. Tinsley and Ace saw Santa last week. They did great. Debbie and Laura are so patient with the kids and always give them time to warm up. We even got a few smiles from Tinsley. August 22, 2014. I have not updated our blog in forever. I am SO BEHIND. We are all doing great and I promise to update soon. Today, I am linking up with Kelly's Korner. Today is "show us your single's day" on Kelly's blog. I have followed Kelly for years and have wanted to do a post on my little sister each time and never have. So, here goes! I might be in trouble for adding that in, but oh well). Whitney is an awesome aunt to both of my kids. They adore her and the feeling is mutual. A Day in the Life.

July 9, 2013. We stopped outside of Houston as we normally do and gave Ace a break from the carseat and changed him. He was so happy to be out of the car. He is super wiggly and constantly wants down to explore now that he is crawling. We are really going to have trouble containing him when he starts walking. Mom called and my phone automatically turns the sound off in the car because the sync picks up. Ace got SO MAD! After we got home, we spent some time outside enjoying the fresh air. October 8, 2013. Goodbye Tonsils and Adenoids! Tinsley had her tonsils removed on September 19th. We are now almost 3 weeks out and she is doing really well. She had a pretty rough two weeks, but after we hit the two week mark, it has pretty much been smooth sailing. Here is a recap of the past 3 weeks. We read "Goodbye Tonsils" the night before the surgery and talked about the next day. Waiting in the waiting area. The surgery center gave Tinsley a puppy, sunglasses and stickers. Tinsley did really well...

December 9, 2013. It didn't start out well from the beginning. Santa was sitting on the bench when we walked in, so we thought we might be able to get some cute pictures of the two of them together before Santa came back. They weren't going for it. No thanks, I don't want to sit on your lap and talk". Ace REALLY didn't want to sit on his lap. I love this one- Ace sort of stopped crying for a second and then turned and looked at Santa and the screaming started again. And then it was Tinsley's turn.

December 17, 2013. Ace LOVES to swing. Mom Mom and DD got a swing set at their house for the kids. They have been enjoying using it every chance they get. Story time with Tinsley. Ace and Tinsley both love to be read to. Tinsley also likes to "read" to us. Every story starts with "Once upon a time" when she reads to us. Ace at his appointment with Dr. McClain.
