Thoughts on the Stock Market in Hong Kong and other Economic Issues. Tuesday, January 19, 2010. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan led a delegation to HK and paid a visit to the HK Exchange. In the photo, I was explaining how we used to place orders on the old trading system. The Prime Minister was accompanied by the Governor of the National Bank of Kazakhstan (the central bank) Mr. Marchanko, as well as the Head of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange and the CEO of Samruk-Kazyna the sovereign wealth fund.
