Friday, February 29, 2008. The girls are getting closer to sitting on their own. They do pretty well on their own sitting in Boppy pillows for a little help with balance. 7 months down now! February went fast. The girls are continuing to like trying new foods. They love teething biscuits, I think because they can eat them all by themselves. The highlights this month were a reunion brunch with several of our preemie. Park Hannah and Elliot love to swing - it always makes a tough afternoon better.

We had record temps this past weekend and enjoyed plenty of time outside. However, hot sticky babies are not something I'm looking forward too all summer. Friday, December 14, 2007. Yesterday Henry and I took Preston for a second opinion on his hip at the Children's hospital. The Surgeon we met recommended. That we get the surgery done next month not wait until he is 9 months adjusted as recommended. Monday, February 25, 2008. Beautiful Weekend in Seattle. We had another beautiful weekend in Seattle. sunny and warm weather. Preston and I went on a short walk (it was suppose to be) and we ended up walking around the whole lake union! It took us almost 2 1/2 hours. Friday, January 18, 2008. Oh my time sure flies. I started him on some rice cereal this week. He did okay but I don't think he likes it too much. He gives me the funniest face! Lately, he's been really into touching and grabbing things. The other day, he insisted that he hold the bottle and feed himself so I let him. Only if he can burp himself. lol. Here are some pictures. Sunday, May 25, 2008. That don't kill me.will make me stronger. Preston had his surgery on Thursday! Surgery went really well and the surgeon was very happy with how everything went. Although his hip was out of the socket,his femur head stayed rounded and his socket wasn't too shallow. I guess only time will tell but we are very thankful that everything went smoothly.
