June 28, 2013. Day 44 Melide to Salceda (25 km). Enjoying my last few days of walking. In the evenings I think I am ready to end now and then in the mornings when walking I don’t want it to end! I have walked through beautiful countryside and even after all these days I still admire the beauty of nature. In the beginning I thought 25 km is far – now it goes by so quickly. Ended up in small town and of the 14 of us for dinner there were 5 other south africans! They were only doing a five day walk.
