Residents up and down Little Cedar Creek didn't want a walking trail, fought it tooth and nail. Apparently the city decided that if those folks (me and my neighbors) didn't want a walking trail, the city would turn Little Cedar Creek into a stormwater drainage project. (We'll show them who's in charge here.). I Have a Joke.
