Part of me wants to try to run/walk the half in 10 days. I guess I should go out sometime soon and see if I can even wobble around the block, eh? You have my sympathies! Supporting Healthy Lifestyle Changes. It’s early, but off to a good start. September 6, 2012. I ate breakfast for the last two days, which I never do. I’m sure that has something to do with the food hangovers I have in the morning from gorging on junk at midnight. Last night, I was able to eat a later dinner – soup and a sandwich that staved off the cravings. Down 3 pounds already – 375. Ate yogurt yesterday, soup, sandwiches and bananas. I wasn’t hungry – just changing what I eat. I have to do this.
