November 4, 2013. The other day the question was posed by the head muffins… What does healthy mean to you? For some reason lots of people think in order to be healthy you need to be fit and toned. For me, I think the idea of maintaining an extreme level of fitness for life is unreasonable. It is likely I may be able to maintain it for years, but life happens. What if im not able to hit the gym or work out for a few months? Am I going to be depressed when pounds come back and my muscles are less defined?
