Friday, January 6, 2012. 8 White snow blanket. 9 A new bed ordered! 10 Laughter and fun over games. 11 Tug of war with our dog. 12 Surprise visit from family. 14 Health for today. 11:30 - cereal and banana, 2 pcs raisin toast w/ margarine. 5pm - orange beef teriyaki and rice, broccoli, 1 pc raisin toast and prunes. Got my laundry going today. God's work in progress!

Finally, after nearly a week away! I don't think I'm going to follow through on daily posting. Doesn't seem feasible. Or maybe it is an excuse. I'm not sure. I'm not totally in "the" zone yet (with eating). I have my good days and my slippery slope days. Last night was a slippery slope night. I've been doing laundry in the mornings.

Fall fresh starts it seems are becoming a bit of an annual trend! I won't concern myself with this though! To be returning is always a victory, no matter how often it is required:-). This fall I have been pretty regular with daily devotions and also exercising numerous times a week. That's a victory! I love being home everyday. Awesome....
