The Way We Work. The Way We Work. How You Can Help. The Way We Work. The Way We Work. Trust works in partnership with local community. Groups such as school committees or women's self-help groups. Each group contributes to their project according to their resources which might be volunteer labour, stone for building materials or a small amount of funds they have raised. The local community groups manage the projects in partnership with Jim Caulfield MBE. Jim is very well supported by Rose Nyamouk.

In Kenya our projects are directly managed through a volunteer from Jersey living in Kenya, who works in partnership with the local community. In Mozambique we make grants for the Ebenezer Centre via the church denomination who oversee the project. The project is managed by a local committee. As a member of the Association of Jersey Charities. Registration number NPO 0255.
