Wednesday, March 31, 2010. How to clean your fridge. To do daily to decrease overall cleaning:. Clean any spills immediately. Check for any expired food and discard bad items. Place anything likely to drip or leak on a plate. Turn off the power. Remove all food and put in deep freezer or cooler. Remove shelves and crisper drawers. If shelves are glass, bring to room temperature before you wash them so they don't crack. Wash shelves and bins in same solution. Wipe dry and replace. View my complete profile.

December 30, 2014. How far along: 30 weeks. How big is baby: 16.5 inches crown to rump, 3.25 pounds. Weight gain/loss: up 2 pounds. Stretch marks: none yet. Sleep: pretty good right now, though I’ve been sleeping with a pillow between my knees so that I don’t wake up with a sore back and hips. Cravings/aversions: Veggies, small meals throughout the day.
