But these go to 11. Tuesday, November 28, 2006. Jack is really into tractors right now. Mainly becuase in Cars (the pixar movie) Lightning McQueen and Mater go tractor tipping. It is one of his favorite scenes. For thanksgiving we spent the holiday at my grandparents old farm house in the giant metropolis of Winters. But these go to 11. Monday, July 31, 2006. So my beautiful wife told me I had to "bring it" this year for her birthday. During this time Jack has been crying unrelentingly for Gordon from Thomas the Train because he knows that we buy them at Barnes and Noble next door. So it is timeout for Jack. At least uncle Cody and aunt Nicole are here to help entertain. What can't the guy that took our order just get the cakes? So I figure we definitely "brought it" - just maybe not in the sense Jodi was expecting.

But these go to 11. Wednesday, August 30, 2006. The TV fell on me. Monday after lunch my cell rang and it was the school admin who proceeded to tell me that Jack had been hurt. Well that stuff happens, kids get in fights or fall off playground equip. I shouldn't have been surprised. But then she said, a tv fell on him and he has a pretty bad cut, but we have been able to stop the bleeding. Of course it wasn't this bad, but until I see him I can't get the images out of my mind.
