However about a year ago I purchased Eat it Up! By Dr Connie Stapleton. At the OH conference in Dallas. Yes I really did have great intentions of coming home and diving right into it! Sunday, February 28, 2010. Saying goodbye to February. I can't believe that another month has just flown by! I started the month off trying to refocus on what my priorites are. I did really good until about the middle of the month. Between work and family committments I got off track again. trying to get back on the exercise bandwagon which can be so hard! Saturday, March 20, 2010. Coming to an end. Why oh why does Spring Break have to come to an end? I'm not ready to go back to work in a few days! This week has been filled with lots of shopping and lots of returning! I wish I knew what I was looking for then I wouldn't have to do so many returns! This week has been beautiful until today. it is cold and rainy. not exactly my ideal first day of Spring! Plan for today. ( always subject to change. may add a 100 cal. snack). Sunday, July 11, 2010. A few of my favorite things. Today I am listing my all time favorite protein drinks! These drinks have helped to get me where I am today. I'm not much of a protein powder user. I have only found one that I really like and it's on my list! I have spent so much $ $ on powders that either get thrown away or are given away because I don't like them! So here they are. 1 Believe which can be purchased at Bariatric. Is my all time favorite pick when it comes to protein! Cari De La Cruz.
