WARNING: Geek quotient high, proceed with caution. Dec 12th, 2010 at 10:56 PM. Still unpacking and setting up the new house. The dining room table showed up on Thursday but there was a complete comedy of errors including the taller legs not fitting, a leaf getting dropped and splitting and one of the accessories being wrong. It's all getting sorted out, but for the moment we only kind of have a table. Friday was the company holiday party,. Final steps, and a closer look at the next project. Tonight I fil...

WARNING: Geek quotient high, proceed with caution. Feb 8th, 2011. Just before we bought the house I'd noticed that the Rockster was making a lot more noise on the right side than it should. The one on the left is the original exhaust pushrod. The one on the right is the replacement I bought. They are both the same part number. Do you think that perhaps BMW figured out that the old one wasn't cutting it? Jul 18th, 2010 at 11:09 AM. I bought a bimmer! Aug 13th, 2005 at 7:11 PM. Fun on teh intar web. Why is...

WARNING: Geek quotient high, proceed with caution. Feb 14th, 2011 at 12:16 AM. I finally took some time to poke at my makerbot again. And I tried to get it working again in a fairly standard config only to be reminded of how much the mk4 extruder sucks. Many moons ago when I was spending more time with this machine I had printed and intended to make a Wade's Extruder. Build your own Wade's extruder. And assemble it. I used this tool. Cut one of these. Out of 6mm plywood or similar. I also highly reco...

Them Dunno. To Maggie, if love isn't rough it isn't fun. Dec 1st, 2010 12:37 am (UTC). Awesome. Thanks for posting! Catie managed to rip the trim off of my laptop's webcam. Birds and camera's don't mix. Dec 1st, 2010 06:44 pm (UTC). You didn't need that trim anyway. Catie was just helping ;). She totally IS a drag...
