Prep Time: About 15 minutes. 1 cup homemeade or preapred beef broth, low sodium. 1 medium garlic clove, peeled and minced, about 1 teaspoon. 1 onion, peeled and minced, about 1 cup. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes. 4 (1-inch thick slices whole grain bread), crust removed, processed into about 2 cups coarse crumbs. 1 (28-ounce) can peeled tomatoes. Kosher salt and ground black pepper. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
