Got kids with celiac or other food allergies? Wednesday, February 4, 2009. Well, sorry for not blogging for so long. but, today i got my turn having an endoscopy. Yes, they tested for celiac. And i will get those results next week. They found that i have some GERD. And a medium sized hiatal. I asked him why did he pray for that. He said so that he wouldn't be the only one in the family. I know though how much better i feel when I don't eat it though so I don't think there is anything wrong with being gluten free by choice. I just thought I would update everyone. Got kids with celiac or other food allergies? Tuesday, December 2, 2008. Things I wish I would have known before Thanksgiving! I can't wait to blog about my first gluten free Thanksgiving but in the mean time here's some info to file away for next year. Just put it in the what I needed to know but didn't file! Thanks for the email gluten intolerance group of Utah. Next year I will read my email BEFORE Thanksgiving! Do not stuff the turkey with regular bread stuffing. You can cook the turkey unstuffed.

I can't wait to try this out! MAKE-AHEAD BRUNCH CASSEROLE by Connie Sarros. 3 large Idaho potatoes, boiled, peeled, and diced. 5 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced. 3/4 pound low-salt ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes. 1/4 green pepper, minced. 1/2 medium onion, minced. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. Well, if you read my post on Chuck E Cheese you're probably wondering where we ended up for dinner. Well we went to Classic Fun Center. It's an indoor bounce house extravaganza with party rooms, arcade/game/ skeeball. And a roller rink you can bring scooters to. It also has a snack bar which I have always avoided! The staff there was incredible. In fact, Paysons. We might even do a birthday party there.

Daddy Felt so bad and just wanted to hold and cuddle her. She was being so tolerable,but there were times when i think she was pleading Please get me out of here. Monday, April 13, 2009. A family that plays together. One thing we have really tried to do as a family is make Sunday a special day, seperate from the rest of the week. SO ever since Jaycelyn was little we have made a couple of rules. 2 No playing outside with friends. So Sundays consists of church, naps(sometimes), Games, and walks outside if weather is nice. It has worked out for the most part. Sometimes there is "weeping and wailing and nashing of teeth", but not too often! Nicer poker face, Corbyn!

Monday, December 1, 2008. The finale to our night is always hot chocolate and donuts! I really very seldom buy donuts.guess I'm not a donut lover.but my kids adore it. Especially Corbyn because it's the one time of year that I let him cheat on his celiac diet and enjoy one. Tryna gettin in on all the fun! The whole family hard at work! The kids gingerbread houses!
