Had its first reading in the House of Commons on 23rd January 2014 and second reading is expected on 28th January 2014. The Bill has been modified following pre-legislative scrutiny by the BIS Select Committee and the Government has published its comments. Consumer Rights Bill now before the Public Bill Committee.
