Paul Davis, our MD, trained at the Tante Marie School of Cookery, gaining his Cordon Bleu diploma in 2002. We have designed and built a well-equipped kitchen, including smoker, at our premises near Haverhill, Suffolk and are inspected and approved by the local Environmental Health department. All kitchen staff and supervisors have their food hygiene certification from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
