Maandag 17 januari 2011. Tabali Reserva, Carmenère 2009. Reserva, Carmenère 2009. Gedronken: zondag 16 januari 2011. In het glas is de wijn donkerpaars bijna zwart. Hij ruikt heerlijk, fruitig maar ook specerijen, licht hout en een typische geur die ik nog niet kan thuisbrengen, alles wel zeer aangenaam. De wijn is stevig maar zacht en vol van smaak, licht zuurtje maar ook fris. Hij heeft een behoorlijk lange afdronk en smaakt nog lekker na. Te koop bij: Erik's Delicatessen. Woensdag 30 juni 2010. La Vie en Rose. Vergeet prosecco en andere licht mousserende wijnen want dit is een heerlijke friszure licht prikkelende zomerswijn. Fantastisch! Ooit gedronken tijdens een wijnproeverij van Erik's Delicatessen (beukenplein Amsterdam). Deze bubbels werden geschonken als welkomstdrankje en word ook geschonken in drie sterren restaurant Oud Sluis van Sergio Herman. Samen met Mathijs en Lies opgedronken op een mooie zomerdag, achter in onze tuin. Wat een heerlijkheid. La Vie en Rose.
