My life as Gramma: 2009 Grandparent's Day
http://lifeasgramma.blogspot.com/2009/09/2009-grandparents-day.html
Friday, September 11, 2009. It seems like just yesterday, we were at East Montgomery School for Grandparent's Day when Kaelyn was just in kindergarden! I can't believe we are already there again for first grade! My KK is growing up too fast. Kaelyn was well represented by grandparents and great-grandparents today. See more pictures here. Hester Happenings: May 2008
http://hesterhouse-tn.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Most of my posts will be pictures as I'm not much of a writer. So hope you enjoy them! Kaelyn helps Aunt Jessica feed Reed. Tuesday, May 13, 2008. Saturday, May 10, 2008. I'm finally able to get out and participate in life again! Still a bit careful, but participating! While KK played ball, Caleb and Lane were busy finding frogs and alligators in the sky! Hustling to get the ball! It's T-ball time for Kaelyn. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Christian, Wife, Mother, Gramma, Friend.

My life as Gramma: June 2009
http://lifeasgramma.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 20, 2009. Fun at the Aquarium. Moved on down the road so we could get an earlier start with the kids on Saturday. It's so great to be greeted with hugs when we arrive. As many of you remember, I was so worried Reed wouldn't remember who we were, but he proves to me every time how wrong I was. Feeling his little arms around my neck is worth every mile we drive to get there. Grumpy had to steel a few kisses from Molly. At least now he isn't afraid he will break her! Check out that smile.

Hester Happenings: August 2008
http://hesterhouse-tn.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 22, 2008. God speed to you all and I pray that somehow the things I have written may just help someone else someday who is struggling through an emotional or mental crisis. Saturday, August 9, 2008. Taking a little mental health break. Monday, August 4, 2008. And the roller coaster continues. What do I have to offer for them to come back to? Why would they even want to come here for a visit? Will Reed even remember who I am? I really stink at letting go. The men in my life! Little Big Horn...

Hester Happenings: Restoration
http://hesterhouse-tn.blogspot.com/2009/05/restoration.html
Saturday, May 23, 2009. The prayer says, "Lord, I thank you that you are the God of redemption and restoration. Thank You that You are all about taking the imperfect and injecting Your perfection into it. Help me to remember that so I don't give up on situations, relationships, hopes, or dreams just because I think they are unredeemable. Thank You that You love me enough to be my Redeemer.". Hester Happenings: Romance is Alive and Well!
http://hesterhouse-tn.blogspot.com/2008/11/romance-is-alive-and-well.html
Thursday, November 13, 2008. Romance is Alive and Well! At least it is at the Cadillac Theater in Chicago! Absolutely. It was worth the bumpy flight because of weather, the cab ride through downtown Chicago, and the subway ride (initially by mistake taken towards Harlem instead of the airport) back to the airport. Today it was back to work, but for yesterday, it was "the time of my life". I recommend it to anyone. And if the timing is right, you just might convince me to do it again! One boy. one girl.

Hester Happenings: I Believe!
http://hesterhouse-tn.blogspot.com/2008/12/i-believe.html
Sunday, December 28, 2008. I believe in God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord………………………. I believe in prayer………………. I believe in family.………………. Do I believe in Santa Claus? But, by the grace of God, my faith still pulls me through. I am reminded the important thing is health and happiness for all of us.
