He invited his class to his party for some pizza, cake, basketball, and dodgeball. We forgot how much fun dodgeball could be! I loved my first cupcake! Uncle Samuel helped me open my presents!

As many of you know, my parents have been in the process of adopting a little boy from Haiti for nearly two years. We are enjoying being holed-up in our house (at least for now) and spending time together as a family. Aunt Caryn got to come over for the weekend too! Friday, June 24, 2011. Dad got to check something off his Bucket List. going to the Masters! I turn around and see crickets hopping all over the place! I grabbed Chloe off the floor and hopped up on the counter, while mom and Izzy gathered them all up. Izzy obviously is not afraid of bugs! We saw this huge snake hanging out under one of the docks. Jeremy had to fly out from Georgia to go to another conference, so the girls and I rode home with Bebe and Poppy. We had a fun road trip home!

Friday, June 24, 2011. We were lucky to be invited to Jon and Mandy's place in Colorado. This was Chloe's first plane ride. She was around 3 mos. old. We had so much fun! JD and Izzy got to learn how to ski and I celebrated my 29th birthday. Jeremy and Jon made my favorite meal, steak with blue cheese and ceasar salad. The trip was fun, but I think we all got a awful cold while we were out there. This is the beautiful house we stayed in. The snow was amazing! The most adorable picture! John, Mandy, and JD.

Friday, June 24, 2011. Spring Show and Easter. Every year Harpeth Hills Preschool has a Spring show. This year's show was special because NawNa and Grampy were able to attend. It was the Thursday before Easter, so they got to see Izzy sing and the girls in their dresses for Easter. This was the director's last year after 10 years on the job.
