Thursday, January 26, 2012. The time has come. Wow I didn't realize I hadn't posted anything. To this blog since June! We had a trip to California, many adventures at the pool, new year of school start, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas and so many more things to blog about in the last 7 months. Thursday, July 19, 2012. When my mom found out that I was only having a birthday dinner for Derek's first birthday, she decided to throw a big party for him. It was a swim party with most of my dad's family. It was a great turn out, and Derek had a lot of fun as well. I loved this banner Rosy made! Derek loves the pool, it was a perfect day for it too! He enjoyed digging into his cake, and it was his first time having cake ever! Here's Derek with his presents. He's a happy boy :). I bet he had a blast!

Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Fire Station field trip. Paige had her first preschool field trip today to the fire station (they get to go on a field trip once a month). Paige loved it, but Claire was totally bored. The fireman who gave the kids the tour and safety info was great with the kids. I love the questions that generate random answers from 3 and 4 year olds. Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Success at Zoo Boise. Our little zoo here is just that- little. BUT we now have a very cool butterfly exhibit which was well worth the trip. Luckily our girls have nothing to compare our zoo with- they thinks it's great =) Here are some of our adventures (yes i did bring my camera AND take pictures! The Blue Morpho-picture does not do it justice. So pretty and HUGE! The girls thought the anteater was creepy. kind of is. Kinda looking like a future cheerleader?

Monday, August 30, 2010. Quick trip to the zoo. After the excitement of having family in town for two weeks, we found ourselves needing something do to do. Summer was almost over. Monday, July 19, 2010. Oh what do we do in the Summertime. Here are some of the things we've been up to this summer. Eating Otter Pops outside under the trampoline. I love these pictures). Making Cookies- they LOVE to help. Wanting to help too! I couldn't resist taking this picture. we played "bibbity bobbity boutique" (make up and painted nails) earlier in the day. Thursday, July 28. Our Summer Vacation to Philmont Scout Ranch. Our first stop on our trip was the Grand Canyon. Henry is checking to make sure his belly button did not fall in. Here the boys are showing us their finger guns. Henry is trying to find his. Megan with Daddy and Grandpa. This is us at Meteor Crater. Here is our tent. Mark and the boys tented along the way and Megan and I slept in the 5th wheel with Mark's parents. Norman at the top of Lovers Leap. This is where we slept. Norman all decked out.
