Reaching New Heights: Mother of Two
http://thesmithstendermercies.blogspot.com/2015/07/mother-of-two.html
July 13, 2015. My due date was April 16th. The Dr had me scheduled to be induced on my due date. She says that I have "big babies" and she didn't want me to risk having complications. On the 14th, I started having stronger contractions in the afternoon. I timed them and kept track. They were about every 10 minutes. Then my sister-in-law came over with her baby. We talked and played. I was distracted and didn’t think about the contractions as much. After she left, Josh came home and we ate a late dinner.

Reaching New Heights: And A Happy New Year
http://thesmithstendermercies.blogspot.com/2015/01/and-happy-new-year.html
January 02, 2015. And A Happy New Year. Moving was a bit stressful, but so rewarding. Josh and I are settled into our new home. We are loving our house and the neighborhood. I think that my favorite part about our new house is the large window that is high above our entryway. I like to watch the stars through that window at night. I also love that it is outlined with icicles. What am I going to accomplish? What goals am I going to achieve.or even set for that matter? Adriaan is more independent now and I...

Reaching New Heights: Where Your Heart Is
http://thesmithstendermercies.blogspot.com/2014/11/where-your-heart-is.html
November 10, 2014. Where Your Heart Is. We are super excited to be home owners and a little nervous about the responsibilities that come along with it. If you are looking for some books for your little one, here are my suggestions. We have about 140 board books and these are the same books that Adriaan pulls out every time. He absolutely loves these books, and I do too.for the most part. (There are one or two that make me cringe, but I can't resist his love for books.). November 10, 2014 at 12:01 PM.

March 10, 2015. A Reason To Celebrate. When Adriaan was first diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, I went through a brief period of grief. You can follow the beginning of our journey here. I felt helpless and sad. I am so grateful for the ability we have to grow and move on through our trials. This is such a gift and a reason to celebrate. Instead of feeling the pain that I originally felt when he was diagnosed, I feel empowered with hope and strength. Did you get all that? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Reaching New Heights: 12.2013

December 16, 2013. This Is His Journey. Isn't this where children fight for their lives? How have you taken the news? How long have you known? That is when the tears started flowing. Up until that point I was just doing what I was told, going here and there, signing this and that. I have already grown so much since that day and I hope to continue to grow through this trial. What do I have control over? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). This Is His Journey. Ms Sara's Preschool Blog. The Preschool Toolbox Blog.
