Monday, December 15. I think Gingerbread houses are neat, but not neat enough in this instance to warrant dealing with crumbly graham crackers that won't stay glued together. So we did trees instead. Wednesday, July 22. Lately, I have two kiddos that detest grocery shopping. It used to be a mildly pleasant experience, but after the last two shopping trips, I don't ever want to show my face in Walmart or Macey's again! Monday, September 15. I might as well try. And I did it! There were a lot more hills than expected and the mud made it harder so I did walk most of the way, but I'm glad that I did it and now there are great stories to tell! Sunday, July 19. A girl in my sister's ward was getting married and looking for someone to make the wedding cake. I was happy to get another shot at a cheesecake wedding cake! Wednesday, November 19. I said goodbye to primary on Sunday. It made me sad. I loved primary. it was happy, simple, and fun. The saying " All I need to know I learned in Primary" is true; Heavenly Father, Jesus, Prayer, Faith, Families and choosing the right. It was my turn for sharing time. After the lesson, starting to close by bearing my testimony I said I was sad. One cute five year old boy looked up at me concerned and asked, "Why? Why are you sad? Oh, that is sad.". Mmm no. but it will be okay!

Friday, July 10. Our little man turned 2 on Wednesday. These last few years have flown by. Gavin warms my heart and makes me smile. He has a feisty side but can be so sweet. He loves dinosaurs and makes the best dinosaur growls! We're slightly concerned that he doesn't talk hardly at all, but we're checking into it and hopefully one of these days he'll burst out with full sentences. His growls and grunts are just too cute! Josh was slow to talk as well and now he has the best vocabulary of all our kids :).

Thursday, March 12. The kiddos and I joined my parents yesterday out at Antelope Island.
