Friday, October 16, 2009. So, I have one more run in week 8 of couch to 5k, and then I'll be on week 9, which is all 30 minute runs. Then I'll start really working on speed so I can hopefully do a 5k in those thirty minutes! I'm doin ok right now at a 12 minute mile. I'll have my work cut out for me for sure. ANYWAY, in order to keep me motivated to run, we are having 2 5ks this holiday season. Since we aren't going to be somewhere that is having a 5k.we are having our own. With our families.

Thursday, April 23, 2009. I knew it was coming some time, but I don't know if you ar. E ever really prepared for it. Poor skittles, after 17 years was just in too much pain to keep going. My mom had hoped and prayed she would die peacefully at home, but she just kept getting worse and worse. We all know it was for the best, but it's a bit difficult. Tuesday, September 21, 2010. First Days of School. Channing started 1st grade this fall. The night before school Ryan and I gave the girls a little relaxing spa night. They got to sip on lemonade and gingerale with cucumbers on their eyes, which they weren't too sure about, as we painted fingernails/toenails, gave hand and foot massages all while listening to peaceful music.
