Thursday, October 8, 2009. Sudden facial hair discoloration? I have recently (last couple of weeks) noticed a small patch (about 3/4 inch) of discolored hair on my chin. The hair changed from dark brown to either a blond or white color. The rest of my facial hair is unaffected. I don't believe it to be natural graying because it is so concentrated in one spot and I don't have a graying problem anywhere on my head or body. What could cause this? So if you want to make your hair blonder you can buy stuff called Sun In in the hair die section. you spray that in your wet hair then you sit in the sun. it works too and its better than lemons. Your hair should either be down with big loose curls or in a kind of messy bun like one would wear with a tiara. For dresses I would say a light color unless you really want to stand out. Then you should get a bright hot color. I'd say a longish fitted dress with or without a plunging back. Make up for formal?
