oh! susannah: March 2010
http://ohhhsusannah.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
An art blog by an art student. Friday, March 12, 2010. The lipstick gun is a sculpture I did last semester for a found object studio class. I used a plastic toy gun and coated it with acrylic paint and a clear coating. I sawed off the end of a tube of lipstick with a band-saw and glued it on the end. I won't lie, I used the lipstick on the end once and it was awesome. The next piece is also from the found objects studio:. Posted by oh.susannah. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). This soul is empty.

oh! susannah: fox + man
http://ohhhsusannah.blogspot.com/2010/04/fox-man.html
An art blog by an art student. Sunday, April 11, 2010. For my anatomy class, we had a project where we had to fuse human and animal anatomy. I chose to blend the human torso, particularly the shoulder girdle, with the anatomy of a fox. I'm still working on it a little, but it's slow-going. I've always liked working with gouache, but it's hard to keep the look that I want. Posted by oh.susannah. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). This soul is empty. An art blog by an art student. Wednesday, April 28, 2010. The Triumph"; ink, micron pens. I tried hatching and patterns, both of which require patience and a steady resolve, neither of which I can muster right now. So, still a work in progress. Posted by oh.susannah. May 13, 2010 at 3:58 PM. I love the perspective- very nice! And the angry rabbits snapping of the croquet mallet = awesome! Also, I wish my lawn looked that. Thatd be so cool, xD].
