http://ambersbikramyogadiary.blogspot.com/2011/01/namaste-yogis.html
Sunday, January 16, 2011. After a few months I return again with more followers lol, thank you to everyone who has been to this page and I apologize for no response from me for awhile. It seems every time I thought of some idea or had a moment of inspiration the old writer's block floated on in and I could not put down one single thought. I am officially in the 8th Annual Western Hatha Yoga Competition as of this Saturday. What have I learned or tried to incorporate into my test of skill (if you may)?

Diary of a 30day Bikram Yoga Challenge: Well Howdy Everyone!
http://ambersbikramyogadiary.blogspot.com/2010/04/well-howdy-everyone.html
Monday, April 12, 2010. I'll have to admit, I haven't ventured onto my own site in a while, I have been taking classes, not consecutively but I frequent at least five to six days a week. I come back here and lo and behold I have more followers! Since my "break" I have learned some new things about my practise. There is so much more appreciation for this yoga when I don't feel the pressure to go everyday. My energy is more consistent and I don't feel so guilty about taking days off. I will never do anothe...

http://ashtanga-yoga-helen.blogspot.com/2011/02/landing-elusive-duck.html
Monday, 7 February 2011. Landing the elusive duck. I am enjoying the process as I love the mindfulness in motion as well as the mental and physical strength that this pose requires. 8 February 2011 at 16:27. Ashtanga Yoga Journal: September 2010
http://ashtanga-yoga-helen.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, 16 September 2010. One of the reasons I did not blog for a while was because I had little interest in writing about the physical dimension. Ironically since being split, all that has changed. My practice is completely different and has changed even from last week. Every time I get on the mat, I am curious to see what it will be like. Pre split, it was better than ever I was about 1 cm from heels solo. Last week I crawled to my toes, just. So eliminating primary was bound to be strange for my bo...

Grass Fed Girl: October 2010
http://grassfedgirl.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
My blog about my adventures in life, Bikram yoga, Bikram Yoga Teacher Training, and of course, eating! Sunday, October 31, 2010. Week 6: Bikram TT is a lot like running a marathon. Crowds are usually few and far between and it takes a lot of mental strength at this point because even if your body can handle it, your mind is telling you to stop at the next gas station and take a cab back home. Maybe no one will even notice. My mat, pumpkin and water in the hot room. His perspective gradually started to in...

Grass Fed Girl: October 2014
http://grassfedgirl.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
My blog about my adventures in life, Bikram yoga, Bikram Yoga Teacher Training, and of course, eating! Friday, October 31, 2014. Don't you ever get tired of doing the same poses over and over? This is a frequent question I get from new students about Bikram Yoga. The truth is, even if you take two classes in a row from the same teacher, you will have an entirely different experience each time. Might sneak its way into my head in between remembering to breathe in and out through my nose. Want to follow an...

My blog about my adventures in life, Bikram yoga, Bikram Yoga Teacher Training, and of course, eating! Saturday, May 22, 2010. Thank you Jessica from the bottom of my heart! My food world just got a little bit bigger. One small step from Capitol Hill, Seattle ; One giant leap for this girl! I have been waiting so many years to try Ethiopian food. Today was my lucky day!
