Just another WordPress.com site. Wandering in the Desert. August 3, 2016. Have you ever felt like the Israelites wandering in the desert? You know what you are supposed to do and where you are supposed to go, but you can’t figure out how to make it work. Once we realize we can’t do it on our own, and let God do the work He wants to do in our lives, then the wandering stops miraculously and with all glory to God! It’s Been Two Years. January 26, 2015. January 26, 2015. Since my hysterectomy, since I started the Happy, Healthy Bonnie project. A quick review, after the hysterectomy I felt great. I didn’t remember ever feeling so good. Some of my excess weight started coming off, I didn’t have the cravings that I had in the past. I wanted to continue this wonderful feeling, and started the Happy, Healthy Bonnie project. But I wanted the number on the scale to go down! As The New Year Approaches. You are commenting u...

Matriarch of the King Farm! Thursday, December 31, 2015. Grandma's Yeast Sponge, Part One. When I was a girl, I would stay with my Grandma over the summertime. Her Sunday night ritual was to set her yeast "sponge" just before going to bed. In the morning when she got up, she would proceed with the sponge as her starter and would make 10 loaves of bread. I began the second batch on November 22. Grandma’s Yeast Sponge Bread Dough Recipe. 2 cups hot tap water. 188; cup sugar. Additional 2-3 cups flour.
