BadgerCare Plus was enacted in 2007 to merge the state’s three distinct Medicaid programs for children, parents, and pregnant women into one comprehensive health coverage program. It was implemented to make sure that 98 percent of Wisconsin residents have access to quality, affordable health care. The following people may be eligible for BadgerCare Plus:.
