The Southeast Family Resource Center was established in 1991 as the Southeast Coordinating Council. The center itself wasn't named a center until 1993 then it was called the Southeast Center Serving Children with Special Needs (SOECS). Later years the name was changed to The Southeast Family Resource Center (SFRC). For those kiddos going to the Greg and Steve concert on Friday, May 16th, the drop-off time has been changed to 8:45 AM at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. Pick-up is at 11 AM.
