How to purchase property without qualifying or using a bond and without paying interest. The Alienation of Land Act No. 68 of 1981 allows the purchasing of property on an installment agreement. Many buyers do not qualify for bonds currently and in some case their religion prohibits paying of interest. A special purchase contract must be entered into. The purchase price is paid off in monthly installments. The purchaser must take transfer of the property after 60 months (in this case).

Welcome to Harbour Lights Guest House - Home
Harbour Lights is situated opposite the South Beach and is run by Michael and Frances Hampshire. It has five letting bedrooms, three of which overlook the sea and promenade. There are two family rooms, two doubles and one twin. We also let some rooms as singles. There is unrestricted parking on the roadside outside the house…and we also have limited private parking at the rear. Large traditional full English breakfasts are served but if this is too much, alternatives are offered upon request.
