Welcome to Harbour Side Yacht Club. Harbour Side Yacht Club is a 49 slip marina located in The Moorings, the premier boating, golfing, and tennis community on Vero Beach's Barrier Island. The marina has deep water access to the Intracoastal Waterway and is located approximately 12 miles north of Fort Pierce Inlet. Slips range in size and can accommodate power and sailboats up to 60 feet in length. Ownership in HSYC is open to both residents and non-residents of The Moorings.

Procedure for transfer of Assignment of Proprietary Lease. Complete Exhibit B and submit it electronically in pdf format to a member of the Harbour Side Yacht Club Board of Directors for review and approval by the Board. The slip will be inspected to determine if the lift is in good condition and operational. If repairs are required to the lift, these must be completed prior to approval of the Purchase Agreement.
