Happiness is… crap. For the record, I think I should be awarded some medal of bravery for writing this. Last week, I came down with a stomach flu of some kind. I wasn’t feeling well, and had the trots all day. It happened to be my busiest work day, but I have never called in sick and I wasn’t going to break the streak of never for some stupid watery poo. I made it through my classes without too much discomfort and when I returned home, I thought the worst of it was over… wrong. 8230;Thank GOD alone!

My twenties felt adequately long and I don’t feel like I missed them or they went too fast or anything like that. You have met your teachers, visited the classroom, had a playdate with 14 of your new friends, and now on Wednesday you start preschool. I use it to season ground meat or beans. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 4 teaspoons chili powder. 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper. 1 tablespoon dried minced onion. 1 tablespoon dried, minced garlic. 2 teaspoons white sugar. 2 teaspoons ground cumin. 2 teaspoons dried parsley. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper. It was great! Stopping in Las Vegas to play with cousins. Then, to San Diego, and straight to the beach. Another dog to play with at our the house of our excellent hosts- Matt's uncle and aunt.
