1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2-1 cup stevia ( I like it sweeter). 3 T coconut oil. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (fat free). 15 C oat flour. 1 t baking soda. Optional) 1/2 C coarsely chopped pecans. A splash or 2 of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (I just use a spoon and my arm but you could use a mixer… add the nuts after you mix). Spray loaf pan with cooking oil and pour mixture into pan. Let cool and enjoy! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Live fit phase 1. I just finished phase one of Jamie Eason’s live fit trainer.
