One of my favorite candies). 2 pkg unflavored gelatin. 1-1/4 C. applesauce. 1 1/2 C. sugar. 1/2 C chopped walnuts (optional, but to me that is the "flavor" and crunch that I love). 3-5 drops Lime, Orange or Tangerine essential oil.
