Shlina: Christmas Vacation
http://shlina1.blogspot.com/2008/12/christmas-vacation.html
The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. -Abraham Lincoln. Tuesday, December 23, 2008. I just realized that I haven't even watched National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. It's tradition in our family to watch it every year, and I haven't even done it! My family will be disappointed. Maybe tomorrow night while we're at Grammy and Papa's we'll all watch it. And if not, then I'll watch it after Kenna goes to bed tomorrow because I know she won't sit through it! My baby and me.

http://shlina1.blogspot.com/2009/03/vegas.html
The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. -Abraham Lincoln. Monday, March 23, 2009. A few weeks ago, Kaysha and I went down to Vegas to visit Heather and her fam. I know I'm a little late on posting this, sorry. We had a blast. Heather made lasagna, salad and french bread, which was all delicious. Then after, Kaysha and I went to the park with all the kids. They're getting so big and beautiful! Needless to say, we had a ton of fun. And we miss you Heather! My baby and me.

Shlina: Lunch Date
http://shlina1.blogspot.com/2009/01/lunch-date.html
The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. -Abraham Lincoln. Friday, January 16, 2009. Betsy and Max came down for the weekend, and we went to Red Robin for lunch today. Max was being so cute and smiley, I couldn't resist taking pictures of him! Betsy is down for the marathon tomorrow morning, and then she's heading back home right after. It was fun seeing them again, and hopefully I'll be going up north and I'll see them again! He's getting so big! January 16, 2009 at 8:11 PM.

TWD – Finnish Pulla. December 18, 2012. This week’s recipe for our TWD group was Finnish Pulla. For the recipe please visit Erin’s blog. I must admit this is a recipe I would never have tried had it not been for the TWD group. It looked a little fussy, too “holiday” and just not something I would normally have in the house. I was very pleased to discover how easy it was to make. The dough was a joy to work with and, after dividing into thirds, the braiding was really not a big deal. December 4, 2012.

BWJ – Bagels – Kitchen without Borders
https://kitchenwithoutborders.wordpress.com/2012/10/16/bwj-bagels
Bringing the world into my home…. BWJ – Bagels. October 16, 2012. October 16, 2012. TWD - Tuesday's with Dorie. Waiting for their turn in the oven. Squishy, slightly mishapen but bagels all the same. I wasn’t really sure about this bagel recipe since I really like Peter Reinharts version but with a few modifications they came out really good. What modifications you say? You can see all the sesame on this bagel? Cross section naked bagel. Bagels on page 87 is being hosted by Heather at Heather’s Bytes.

Shlina: New Table!
http://shlina1.blogspot.com/2008/12/new-table.html
The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. -Abraham Lincoln. Tuesday, December 9, 2008. I got a table from the DI, and it's brand new! Lee helped me bring it home in his truck and we put it together. I've been using a black card table that Mitsy bought for me while I was in the hospital with Max, and it was awesome of her and very helpful. The chairs were starting to loosen and fall apart, so that's when I knew it was time for a new one. That's a cute table! Have a great Holiday!
