It's quite simple, really AND you have fresh flour! It wasn't processed in a factory and sitting on a shelf for who knows how long. All you need to do is purchase some whole buckwheat, place it in a high-speed blender or coffee grinder and mill away. Flour in seconds! 1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour. 1/2 of a banana. 3 heaping tbsp coconut butter.

This concludes my cleanse. I lost another 1.2 pounds, which brings my total fro this cleanse to 8.2 pounds in 3 days. That's pretty fantabulous! Thursday, December 16, 2010. Reflection: Weeks 13-14 and Overall Course. I really liked when we went to the Goodwill and learn about how the company operates. I think it was really cool that they help people with disabilities and let them work there. It was also really interesting to hear how much they recycle and what kind of different things they recycle.
