I found out this week that our stomachs are approximately the same size as our fists and that it can expand up to 10 times its original size to accommodate the food and liquids we put into it. Gives a whole new meaning to over eating…. My stomach has always been the bane of my life. October 8, 2013. These meatballs are a great protein snack or add vegetables and canned tomatoes/pasta sauce to make it a complete meal. I used Lamb, but minced Beef, Chicken or Pork can be used. 500grms minced meat of choice. Chopped Shallot or Brown Onion. Garlic either a clove crushed or garlic seasoning. Mix ingredients in a bowl, form into small balls, if the mixture is a not holding together add an egg. Fry until brown and cooked through, drain on a paper towel. October 1, 2013. 1 x Jar Pasta Sauce – plenty of choices here use one that you like the taste of. 600grms Premium Beef Mince. 1 x White Sauce Packet. 1/2 cup grated Edam Cheese. 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese.
