Over the years, I have grown up and had a great life so far. I’ve learned new stuff about the world. I have had fun with my dogs and my cats. A North Carolina Arts Council Project. To Live Where I Live (Fernando, Isaiah, Eric, Kelvin, and Angelica). The park is fun because you can ride your bike and my bike is red and black with skulls and it has two wheels. I live in an apartment and it is red and there is a pool in my back yard, and I have a school on our block. Sometimes I also go to the basketball courts alone. I walk to school in my Nikes they never leave my feet only when I’m home. I taste many different kinds of food from veggies to junk food. I see many many buildings glistening in the sun. A North Carolina Arts Council Project. To live where I live you have to have strength. You have to be country. You have to be very tough. You can’t be a baby in Cherokee County. You have got to have courage to walk through mud, withstand a tornado, feed your horses, or swim in a river full of copperhead snakes. You have to go to bed on time here.
