Karen and Fred cooked this one at our ski trip in Stratton this past January (2010). 3 to 4 pound boneless pork country stule ribs. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper. 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 large onions, halved, thinly sliced. 1 cup apple juice. 1 - 2 bottles of "Bullseye" Barbecue sauce. 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne red pepper. Lightly grease the crockery insert of a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker.
