July 5, 2015. July 5, 2015. Getting Back on Track. Took some time off during vacation. Not much exercise. I ran both Saturday and Sunday when I got back from vacation. I knew I would gain weight on vacation. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Time to get serious. I am picking up a run day this week in my training. Mon – rest. Tues – 3 miles. Wed – rest.
