Saturday, February 21, 2009. Gettin' Fine in '09: Week 2. I finished all the reps, but I am paying for it now! My hamstrings are so tight that I can barely walk. So, please learn from my story and don't push yourself too hard when you are trying different exercises. Back to the purpose of this post, Gettin' Fine in '09. I am hoping that since I am adding cardio to the wave workouts that I will have another loss next week. So how did everyone else do? Good luck to you all next week! Under Bust- 33.5".

Thursday, October 23, 2008. I am new to the blogging world, and have come across. I really enjoy reading blogs of other mothers, makes me feel less crazy! Anyway back to my point. Saturday, March 14, 2009. Gettin' Fine in '09: Week 5. I can't believe it is already week 5! I am pretty much eating the same as I was before. I eat the same breakfast everyday, and usually the same lunch, dinner is where I seem to struggle. For. Breakfast I eat a mixture of cheerios and fiber 1 cereal with fresh strawberries and skim milk. For lunch I usually eat soup, healthy choice or progresso. This winter, and you can substitute the beef with chicken for a lighter version! 1 pd ground beef. And yes,...

Thursday, November 20, 2008. Hayden did the cutest thing ever before dinner the other night. We try to sit down at the table every night together to eat dinner, and we say Grace before we start eating. Well, I guess hubby and I were really hungry and began eating without praying first. Sunday, December 14, 2008. So I have missed a few Fridays posting my progress, but I didn't weigh until this past Friday and to my surprise, I have lost 5 pounds since Nov. 15th! That means I have lost 10 pounds total! I also tried on some of my favorite jeans from The Gap that I haven't been able to wear since I had my son in 2006, and they fit perfectly.
