This means as a clients, you’ll be able to choose a provider who best meets your goals and needs, and to change your provider if you wish, for example if you move to another area to live. If as a client you decide to make a change, your unspent home care package funds (less any exit amount) will move with you to your new provider. What happens when a you change provider? Agreeing on a cessation day.
